The CCFG Process ..

Upon Enrollment, we order your Credit Reports Directly from the Bureaus. If you have any reports available, we use them to start. Then we, with input from you, identify the items that are hurting your Credit Score. If you have Reports already, we can use them to speed up the process for you.
We contest these items on a regular basis with each creditor in an effort to make the item in question improve to a positive status .. or just go away. About every month, you receive new reports from the Credit Bureau, showing what has been improved or deleted.You then forward these new reports to CCFG via mail, fax, or email attachment for more processing. This is all about the process, knowing what needs to go away, and how to do it. CCFG is the Process Professional. We accept payments via PayPal, Money Order, and yes, we will even take your personal check. Pricing & Plans ..

Typically our Single Fast Track Three Bureau Pricing is $75 per item, to a maximum fee of $795. See "Current Pricing" box located on most pages for substantial DISCOUNTS! Couples are priced at a maximum $1295, the second person is discounted, whether simultaneous or consecutive sign up. Multi-million dollar bankruptcies are a bit higher, because there are typically so many accounts. The Process is started with a Down Payment of $150 whether for a Single Person or Couple. The balance is then paid over the term you choose to suit your budget, you have credit here, if nowhere else! We offer a Referral Program that can earn you $50 credit for each Client that you send our way, a great way to pay down that balance. Check out the Referrals & Affiliates Page for more info.

CCFG also offers a Single Bureau Plan for only $250, great for cases where someone else's information has invaded one of your Bureaus.

We also offer a $35 down, $35 monthly plan for those who have time before their next major purchase, or whose budget is really tight. It was originally offered to those in an ARM, and planning on a re-finance in a couple of years.

Most Fast Track cases require around 6 months to complete, some minor tune-ups less, major cases take longer. Each case is as individual as you are, and each case is worked in a unique manner.

CrediClear Financial Group Performance Warranty

Upon completion of the initial term of service, usually 90-180 days, your Credit Record should be greatly improved. If not, we keep working as long as you are current in your payments to us, and keep the reports coming back to us I a timely manner. You may choose to invoke the warranty refund. Basically, the amount per positive change or deletion is $75. If you paid more than $75 per item deleted, you get a refund. If you have paid your CrediClear Financial obligation in full, and on a timely basis as agreed, you owe no more.

Any warranty refund amount is calculated by the following formula:
X = Total Dollars Paid
Y= Number of Deletions/Positive Changed Items @ $75 per Item

X-Y= Refund Amount


Now, for those who don't speak legalese:

Example:.

Let's say you have 10 items that are causing you problems.

Let's say your total fee quote was $750.

Let's say there are 2 items that we just can't get cleared up. (it happens)

Under the Warranty Policy, those two items are worth $75 each, for a total refund of $150.

The above example assumes that you make your payments to CCFG on time, and that you get Bureau Replies to us in a timely manner. CCFG never charges additional fees, and we don't do automatic Bank Drafts. If you are automatically paid by bank draft every month whether you do anything or not, why hurry?
